Hezron Ochiel

Before moving into public relations and strategic communication, Hezron worked as a journalist, an experience that shaped how he thinks about storytelling, public trust, media influence, and clear information. His journey into communication began in a village where watches and alarms were rare. He and his sister walked nearly six kilometres to school before dawn, guided by moonlight and hope. A childhood experience that became an award-winning school composition sparked his interest in journalism and taught him how stories shape perception, trust, and action.

In 2025, Hezron received the Moran Award from the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) and was nominated for the Pulse Corporate and Brand Influencer Award. He is also the author of The Visibility Advantage: Building Authority That AI Recommends and Beyond the Surface: Lessons from Life’s Overlooked Moments.

Through Hezron Insights and LinkedIn, he shares practical ideas on AI visibility, Digital PR, SEO, GEO, reputation strategy, strategic communication, LinkedIn authority, and leadership with nearly 60,000 followers.

Hezron works with institutions, executives, and communication teams to improve AI visibility, strengthen reputation, build executive authority, and make communication more effective. He is available for speaking, training, advisory, and thought leadership engagements.

He believes clear communication builds trust, structured knowledge creates visibility, and authority grows when expertise is documented, useful, credible, and easy to discover.
