2024 was nothing short of a BIG win for my personal brand! It has been about growth, impact, and lessons learned.

Building a strong online presence
I launched two exciting projects this year – my LinkedIn Newsletter and my Blog. These platforms became the heart of my storytelling and thought leadership.
• Subscribers – Over 14,700 people joined my community.
• Content – I wrote 56 long-form articles, totaling 84,000 words. These in-depth pieces exceeded 1,000 words each.
• Readers – My articles reached 400,000 people and sparked 200 comments.
On LinkedIn, my growth was equally exciting
• Followers – I grew from 15,000 in 2023 to 37,000 in 2024.
• Posts – I published 280 posts, attracting a whopping 5 million impressions.
• Virality – One in ten posts went viral, boosting profile views, engagements, and followers.
Publishing guides for professionals
I released 5 free guides for PR professionals. These 10,000-word resources were a huge success:
• Audience – They were read by 3 million people globally.
• Impact – They became tools of choice for many in the PR industry.
Mentorship and brand support
This year, I dedicated time to mentorship and supporting brands:
• Mentored 1,000 journalists, PR professionals, and young minds worldwide on storytelling, personal branding, and empathetic leadership.

Academic achievement

• LinkedIn’s Numbers – The platform has over 1 billion registered users. About 310 million are active monthly, but only 1% (3 million) post daily. This means there’s a huge opportunity for those willing to share their voice.

Just start. It doesn’t matter when or how—this week, next month, or next year. The important thing is to take the first step.
